I am not one of those bakers.

However, with that said, today I had my first taste of a 4am work day. And I stepped into it willingly; eagerly even.
You see, today was the day of the Royal Wedding (in case you hadn't heard from your vantage point under a rock) and, while I haven't been exactly caught up in the "hype" leading up to it, I certainly have an appreciation for a good wedding. Make it a royal wedding and I'll attend at any hour of the day or night, apparently.
So I figured, if other bakers are waking up at this hour on a regular basis, I will honour them and their diligence by doing as they do and, as a bonus, I will get to watch the big event!
